Margit Lamm

Margit ist dankbar dafür, als Kind einer Bauersfamilie  aufgewachsen zu sein. Die Liebe zur Landwirtschaft und der Genuss von am  eigenen Hof gewachsener Lebensmittel prägt sie bis heute. Sie studierte  Agrarwirtschaft an der Universität für Bodenkultur, aber das Studium  gab ihr nur wenig Unterstützung für ihr berufliches Ziel. Einige  Auslandsaufenthalte in Frankreich, Großbritannien und Südamerika  verdeutlichten ihr den Wert der bäuerlichen, regionalen Landwirtschaft  und der daraus hervorgehenden handwerklich verarbeiteten Lebensmittel  sowie den Gegensatz, den industrielle Produkte hierzu darstellen. — Ihr  Motto lautet: "Neue Wege zu finden, um die bäuerliche Landwirtschaft zu  fördern und den Konsumenten geschmack-, gehalt- und wertvolle  Lebensmittel zu liefern."

Nach verschiedenen beruflichen Tätigkeiten im Aufgabengebiet "Ernährung"  – wie zB die Leitung des Restaurants "Mangolds" in Linz – kann sie ihre  ideellen Ansprüche im Sinne eines „fairen Lebens“ in der gemeinsam mit  Josef gegründeten und geführten Landwirtschaft voll umsetzen.
