Wolfgang Schulnig graduated in Management Information Systems from Linz University and gained valuable experience as a software developer in an insurance company. At present he is working in the area of automation technology in an innovative Linz company. An interested and open-minded observer of Linz’s art and culture scene and a keen photographer, Schulnig sees Culture Capital Year not only as an opportunity for his beloved hometown Linz to improve its standing in Europe but, above all else, as an offer to the Linzers themselves, which he for one intends to make extensive use of.
