Hans Winkler

Hans Winkler (born 1942) graduated in Law from Graz University. In 1968 he accepted the post of Secretary General of Katholische Aktion Kärnten. In 1973 he became an editor with Kleine Zeitung in Graz, where he was in charge of the Foreign Policy desk from 1980. Remaining faithful to Kleine Zeitung, Winkler became the head of its Vienna office in 1995. Since 2007 he has worked as a freelance journalist and consultant.
